Terms and Conditions

For room bookings, we require a 25% deposit on confirmation of a booking. In the event of cancellation, we require 72 hours notice for a full refund, any cancellation not made within this time frame will result in a loss of deposit.

Bookings for hotel run activities, such as walking packages or fishing packages can only be cancelled 4 weeks in advance. Any cancellation not made within this time frame will result in a loss of deposit.

For hotel residents, we do advise making dinner reservations, both to guarantee a table and to reserve at your required time. Room check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is 8am- 11am.

Table reservations can be cancelled on the day of the booking, however we would ask that you give us as much notice as possible. For table bookings of 6 people or more, we do require a booking deposit. We ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation in order for the full return of the deposit. Please advise on booking if you have a preference for where you would like to eat.
