The Hotel is suitable for children 4+, we have standard hotel rooms, family suites, a self-catering cottage, as well as dedicated dog friendly rooms.
EXPLORE THE MOORS THIS SUMMER
A trip to us this summer would not be complete without visiting the beauty of nearby Dartmoor. We have partnered with two local companies who can offer you a different way to explore the moors. We can provide a Deli made picnic and blanket for your adventure too.
CYCLING THE GRANITE WAY
The Granite Way is an 11 mile (easy -moderate) multi-use trail running between Okehampton and Lydford along the north western edge of Dartmoor. It is mostly traffic free, largely following the route of the former Southern Region railway line. A journey along the Granite Way offers fantastic views of the granite landscape of Dartmoor, as well as a number of specific sites of historic interest.
