Fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, lovingly prepared to an exacting standard.  Offering  breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea.

 We care about the provenance of our ingredients, how our food is produced and the impact it has on the environment. 

We strive to use only the finest, local, seasonal and sustainable produce from Devon and Cornwall.

Our wild game is all sourced less than 15 miles from the hotel’s kitchen, and line caught fish from the Cornish coast is delivered fresh on the day. 

For our farmed produce we are extremely fortunate to have Philip Warren’s butchers just a few miles away; in fact we were their first hotel client.

Dinner

Served in the restaurant or cosy bar from 6pm - 8.45pm, our delicious A La Carte menu has been designed by Head Chef, Ashley Wright. Enjoy drinks in either our bar or the library. room.
Booking is advisable, either by email, phone or our online booking system. Please advise if you have a preference for the bar of the restaurant.

Lunch

Lunch is served in the bar on weekdays and in the restaurant on Sundays from 12 - 3pm. From Monday - Saturday we offer our popular set menu at £19 for 2 courses or £21.50 for 3 courses. We also have our choice of sandwiches. Booking is advisable and is available either through our online system, phone or email.

Breakfast

Our delicious breakfast is available for residents and non-residents. Served from 7.30 - 10am. Breads, cereals and breakfast condiments are all made in The Arundell kitchen. £20 per person for non-residents. Please do call or email to ensure availability.

Afternoon Tea

A quintessentially British event. Indulge in one of the finest traditions and take Afternoon Tea or Cream tea. Available everyday from 3pm - 5pm. It is advisable to book, either by email, phone or our online booking system.

The Arundell has teamed with renowned vintner Chris Piper who has built up an excellent reputation for the quality and breadth of his wines. We have worked together to collect a cellar which encompasses a broad range of styles and prices. Our sommelier Luke Harris is happy to offer advice on wine pairing to compliment our menu.

Special Occasions

Celebrate your special event at the Arundell. Our private rooms are available at no extra charge and we are happy for you to bring your own decorations. Email or call our Events Manager, Jackie to discuss your requirements.
