Our Approach
It is our belief that it is not just the taste of the ingredients that matters but also from where our food is sourced, how it was produced, and the impact it has on the wider environment. Our location on the border of Devon and Cornwall gives us access to some of the finest wild and farmed produce in the UK. This includes wild game which is all sourced less than 15 miles from the hotel's kitchen, and line caught fish from the Cornish coast delivered fresh on the day of capture. For our farmed produce we are extremely fortunate to have Philip Warren's butchers just a few miles away, an association which goes back to the days when The Arundell was his first hotel client.

Catering for Shooting Parties
We have seasonal menus prepared especially for shooting parties and our chefs will work with you to make a bespoke menu for your shoot. They are also happy to prepare any game shot by your guns, providing they are given some notice.
